Documentos Necessarios

Copy of valid passport (biographical page) or expired passport authenticated by the Embassy of the country of origin; or

Copy of valid or expired Identity Card, authenticated by the Embassy of the country of origin; or

Declaração emitida pela Embaixada ou Consulado do país de origem, nomeadamente de registo de inscrição consular.

Criminal Record

Statement of paid activity issued by the employer; or

Statement issued by trade union associations in the sector in which the applicant is employed; or

Employment contract; or

Document proving the existence of own income, e.g. pensions, rents, dividends, etc.; or

Statement of Wage Receipt; or

A term of responsibility issued by those who assume the guarantee of the economic means of subsistence, which does not necessarily have to be a parent or a legal representative.
