Subordinate Professional Activity
It is a residence permit granted for the exercise of a subordinate professional activity by foreigners who have a contract or promise of a work contract.
Necessary documents
Valid passport with a residence visa
Criminal Record Certificate or equivalent document issued by the competent authority of your country of nationality or habitual residence for at least six months, translated into Portuguese and endorsed by the Consular Services of Cabo Verde.
Proof of accommodation
Medical certificate or equivalent
International Certificate of Vaccination
Residence Certificate issued by the Municipal Council of your area of residence
Social Security enrollment
Cape Verdean Criminal Record Certificate
National Police Registration
Judiciary Police Registration
Valid Employment Contract, deposited and endorsed by DGT, for the first-time residence permit application
Declaration issued by the employer if there is no change of job and the application is for permit renewal
Declaration issued by the Ministry of Finance stating that the individual's tax and contributory situation is regularized, in the case of residence permit renewal.
