Necessary documents
Valid passport
Proof of means to establish oneself in Cabo Verde
Declaration committing to assume the costs of medical care and medication in case of illness
Declaration of retirement pension, issued by the competent authorities
Criminal Record Certificate from the country of origin
Declaration signed by the petitioner, committing to respect the laws and customs of the country
