Highly Qualified Activity
It is a residence permit granted to foreigners for the purpose of engaging in teaching or research activities at a higher education or highly qualified institution.
Necessary documents
Valid passport with a residence visa
Criminal Record Certificate or equivalent document issued by the competent authority of your country of nationality or habitual residence for at least six months, translated into Portuguese and endorsed by the Consular Services of Cabo Verde
Proof of accommodation
Medical certificate or equivalent
International Certificate of Vaccination
Residence Certificate issued by the Municipal Council of your area of residence
Social Security enrollment
Cape Verdean Criminal Record Certificate
National Police Registration
Judiciary Police Registration
Be admitted to collaborate in a higher education institution through an employment contract, service contract, or scientific research scholarship
Employment or Service Contract compatible with a highly qualified activity
