Higher Education Student
It is a residence permit granted to foreigners who are students in higher education.
Necessary documents
Valid passport with a residence visa
Criminal Record Certificate or equivalent document issued by the competent authority of your country of nationality or habitual residence for at least six months, translated into Portuguese and endorsed by the Consular Services of Cabo Verde
Proof of accommodation
Medical certificate or equivalent
International Certificate of Vaccination
Residence Certificate issued by the Municipal Council of your area of residence
Social Security enrollment
Cape Verdean Criminal Record Certificate
National Police Registration
Judiciary Police Registration
Admission to a recognized higher education institution and presentation of evidence of enrollment and payment of required fees.
